Good for balancing the hormones !
1 can of chicken or vegetable broth
1 piece of ginger root
Remove the seeds and cut the rind from the winter melon
Slice the wintermelon into desired sizes
Lightly saute ginger and wintermelon in olive oil
While you're sauteeing the melon and ginger, heat up your broth ( add two to three cups of water) You can sautee with onion ( if you like onion) I recommend it ! It gives the soup an extra kick !
Empty sauteed ingredients into broth and viola ! Soup is done.
You can also add baked seaweed ( also VERY GOOD for you too!)
